I seem to be getting More and More Convinced that the people we Think hold "power", the prime ministers, presidents and governments of the "developed" world are maybe not really the ones Pulling the Strings... "Pulling the Strings" might even be the wrong description, i think it's about "Dangling the Strings" or, even better, Deciding Which strings are Dangled in the First Place,and which are Not Dangled At All...
At this moment in time most people would probably say the Biggest Political Power is the US. It's leader would be the president, wich would make that the Most Powerfull position on earth. Back in 1961, in his Farewell Address to the Nation, President of the United States (and former general of the army) Dwight D. Eisenhower used the term "the Military–Industrial Complex". He actually warned us:
